Imagine it was 2008, What More can we do in 2010 with the,  Growing Number of Social Media Users and networks with such a campaign ?

Been spending time with someone special, and made it official just few days back.

Can't describe much from words, All I know is that I feel comfortable, relaxed and excited, she is amazing.

We call Masthoothu ( Mas -Thoo - Thu )  for Fish.

We find millions of Masthoothu in the Sea, there are different varieties and colors, some look very Beautiful, Some tastes great, and Some Taste Bitter and some are poisonous.

Normally, its hard to catch a valuable Masthoothu with bare hands, We always Run behind them, Jumping over the corals to catch them, or snorkel and dive.

They look at us, and when we look into their eyes, as if they are inviting us to catch.

I used to have different types of masthoothu, especially fresh water ones in a tank, but somehow I realized they need freedom and gave them freedom.

Do you think too much freedom, will let them take advantage of you and spoil everything?

I don’t think so, I believe they will give more productivity and make everything possible, if someone else does not catch it and put him on a tank or either eat him.

I have just copy pasted Definitions of our company directors, Since we have only two directors, the responsibilities will vary, The commitment and responsibilities are also different.

We do need  Managing Director, But our MD needs to do more than what mentioned below, Thinking of Creating one-more position for our MD, since he is also responsible for some of the maintenance of our websites, I think its common that one person have two Senior posts in a Company.

I just wanna see how much commitment we will get by doing this, If commitment is about the Position or is it by his own Will.

This weekend 14 COURAGEOUS people in the office signed up for Adidas King of the Road. Most are first timers to marathons. Most are doing 10K. I am inspired by their heart and changed my mind over the weekend... I'm upping my event to 21K.
